Kourabie Choco Cookies

Chocolate-covered kourabie is a delightful twist on a traditional Greek pastry. Kourabie, also known as kourambiedes, a buttery shortbread cookies that are a staple during Greek celebrations, particularly during Christmas and Easter.  

To create the chocolate covered version, these powdered sugar-dusted cookies are then dipped or enrobed in rich, velvety chocolate. The contrast between the buttery, crumbly texture of the kourabie and the smooth, decadent chocolate coating is simply divine.
