Shipping policy

It takes Rivertown General one to three days to process an order, and USPS and UPS shipping adds additional time (which varies according to where you are shipping your order). If you need something shipped sooner, let us know before you place your order. Please keep in mind that Rivertown General is a small, family-owned operation and we are working hard to get orders out as fast as we can. When you receive your shipment from Rivertown General, please inspect the contents to make sure everything is as it should be – and let us know if you aren’t satisfied and we will make things right. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked “Delivered” by UPS or USPS.
