Rivertown General offers store credit or exchange for returned items. Shipping charges, however, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items are expected to be in re-sellable condition. Perishable items, such as food, plants, personalized items or certain personal care products cannot be returned. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to make any returns. When returning online orders, please use appropriate packaging.
